Dead Space gets platform-specific DLC

Pre-order and get PS3 and Xbox 360 suits

Pre-order incentives must be working, because EA's detailed yet another pre-purchase goody, this time for its survival horror game Dead Space.

Anyone who pre-orders Dead Space from Play will receive a code to download platform-exclusive player suits from Xbox Live and PlayStation Network.

Xbox 360 players get the Elite suit (like the Xbox SKU) and PlayStation 3 owners get the blue-neon Obsidian suit (like the erm... Alpha Protocol developer). PC gamers get bugger all, obviously.

You can see pics of both below. Apparently the codes only work during the first two weeks of release, so don't sit on them.

The game itself looks fantastic - and it's getting decent reviews from the mags.

It's out on October 24 for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. Have our read of our last hands-on to see what it's all about.
