Microsoft has officially pushed back the public release of Banjo-Kazooie on Xbox Live Arcade to December 3, to make sure pre-order customers who haven't yet received a download code get plenty of time to play the N64 re-release early.
The platform holder encourages anyone who pre-ordered Nuts & Bolts and didn't receive a code to chase retailers directly.
"We've moved the global release of Banjo-Kazooie for XBLA to December 3rd, extending the exclusive window for our pre-order customers by another week," MS said in a statement.
"We encourage anyone who pre-ordered "Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts" and did not receive a voucher code to follow up directly with your retailer's customer service team for resolution.
"Voucher codes tied to pre-order schemes are provided by us to our retail partners. These retail partners manage the distribution of the voucher codes to consumers based on their pre-order tracking database. We've made our retail partners aware of this situation and they have assured us they will do everything they can to ensure consumers who have pre-ordered Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts receive their code for the XBLA title."
