American McGee took to the stage to talk a little bit about his most recent dark imagining of Alice and present a new video for the game.

He called Madness Returns a violent action experience and described how Alice was an idealised version of herself in Wonderland being strong, beautiful and confident.

He also described every enemy in Wonderland as a puzzle, players will have to work out weaknesses for each.

If you played the original you'll know what to expect, but if not, the new trailer should give you some idea:
