Crystal Dynamics has confirmed it will be releasing the co-op patch for Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light on October 26, along with a free DLC pack. The catch? It's only for Xbox 360 players.
Although the downloadable adventure game has received favorable reviews from critics both fans and reviewers were surprised to find it was released without the promised online co-op functionality.
Square Enix and Crystal Dynamics later confirmed that the co-op element had been further delayed but softened the blow by revealing a number of DLC packs.
A tweet by Crystal Dynamics has confirmed that the first DLC pack will be available for free as a thank you for fan's patience.
The tweet was vague on the status of the PlayStation 3 and PC release, saying only that it would be "coming later".
