Konami's announced that a patch will be made available for Pro Evolution Soccer 2011 next week.
On November 24 an update will arrive with various fixes and tweaks, including improved defender AI, the developer says.
Other fan-requested changes include improvements to the difficulty of rainbow flicks and adjustments to throw-ins.
"Cursor switching has been generally been improved including situations when the ball is crossed, while the way transfer fees are calculated in Master League has been reworked," says Konami.
"Names above CPU players can also now be switched off as they mimic player settings. Shooting has also be tweaked to produce more realistic reactions and results depending on real-time situations."
We reckon this is the best PES in years, in no small part due to the fact that it actually works well online.
Any thoughts about the incoming patch - does it sound like it's going to address any niggles you might have, like the almost-impossible-to-score penalties?
