Assassin's Creed, Splinter Cell to get Kinect treatment?

Ubisoft may propose Kinect versions of all its brands to developers

Future releases in core-focused Ubisoft series like Assassin's Creed, Splinter Cell, Prince of Persia and Ghost Recon could utilise Kinect.

Last month, Ubisoft claimed to be the leading third party publisher on Kinect, thanks to the success of games like Your Shape: Fitness Evolved, MotionSports and Fighters Uncaged.

And now the company is considering Kinect adaptations for its more established brands as it looks to solidify its position in the motion control market.

"We will be bringing some of the industry's most innovative offerings to Kinect soon," Ubisoft chief marketing and sales officer Geoffroy Sardin told MCV.

"I think we can propose Kinect versions of all the brands that we've got, but it is down to the production team. I can't announce anything, but we will have something for everyone, that I can assure you."
