It makes sense that Ubisoft's Ghost Recon: Future Soldier, which is based around combat using crazy fringe tech features, should utilise Kinect.
The game's Gunsmith feature allows players to completely disassemble guns and examine, modify and reassemble them using gestures. It also can be told to create the optimum weapon configurations based on your play style.
Want to go in guns blazing? Tell the game to spec an offensive weapon. Want to hang back? Tell it throw together a defence spec. Don't care? Get it to randomise the weapon configuration.
