Take-Two sued by game tester

Complaint alleges unpaid work, insufficient rest and meal breaks

Take-Two is being sued by a former temporary quality assurance worker over allegations of workplace violations at California-based Visual Concepts, the developer behind 2K's NBA, MLB and NHL titles.

Plaintiff Aaron Martinez alleges that QA workers were not paid for all hours worked, were not provided required off-duty meal and rest breaks, and were not paid all wages due at the time of termination.

Martinez is seeking class-action status for his suit, according to a letter written by Take-Two informing other employees that they may be contacted about participating in the case.

Take-Two denies all charges, insisting all wages were paid and breaks provided "in accordance with the law".
