Nintendo's announced a new Wii bundle in time for the release of the game every Nintendo fans been waiting for, the tantalising Zelda: Skyward Sword, this Friday, November 18.
... and unfortunately the release date is the only thing the new Wii box has in common with Nintendo's latest action RPG epic.
From this weekend the four punters yet to purchase Nintendo's console will be able to acquire the new Wii console in a slick black colour, along with black Wii Wheel and a copy of Mario Kart Wii.
Unlike the original, the newly configured Wii console isn't compatible with GameCube software or accessories. It also sits horizontally rather than vertically.
There's no official pricing details for the bundle as yet, but supermarkets have dropped their Wii prices to as low as £89.
If you find yourself Wii-less on the day Link's latest arrives (read our Zelda: Skyward Sword review), this probably makes a lot of sense.
