Assassin's Creed 3: Possible locations named in survey

Are we headed to Medieval China, Victorian England or The American Revolution?

A supposed Ubisoft survey could have outed locations for future Assassin's Creed games.

The online quiz, spotted by Empire State Gamer, asks participents which locations and time periods they'd like to see in the "next Assassin's Creed games".

Those of you with decent memories will remember that Assassin's Creed: Revelations details emerged via the exact same kind of survey, so there's every likelihood this is legitimate.

The survey mentions, among other historical periods, Medieval China, Victorian England, The American Revolution and Feudal Japan.

The document always makes mention of Ancient Egypt, a setting that's been hinted at in the past for Assassin's Creed 3.

That said, the settings for the next core Assassin's games have almost certainly long been decided, so how exactly feedback from this would be used is unclear.

Earlier this month Ubisoft confirmed it's planning a 'major' Assassin's Creed release for next year, and the game's development team's previously said it will star a new character.
