Eat Sleep Play founder and Twisted Metal director David Jaffe has confirmed a demo for the game will be released on the PlayStation Network, although no specific release date was announced.
Speaking in the latest of his candid video blogs, Jaffe also confirmed the game will receive a day one patch following its February 14 release.
Jaffe has said in the past that he isn't a fan of day one patches, but justified Twisted Metal's with an in-depth breakdown of why the game needs one, along with the small tweaks it will introduce, as you can see below.
Last week Justin Trease, Twisted Metal's QA lead, revealed the game will require an Online Pass, something Jaffe has previously spoken out against.
