Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock is a Sony platform exclusive

BBC Worldwide has announced that Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock will be a Sony platform exclusive in Europe.

The title was first revealed last year in December as a PS3, Vita and PC title, but will only be available on the PS3 and Vita consoles in Europe. The game is still on track for a PC release.

The Eternity Clock is developed by Guildford-based studio Supermassive Games and is the first of three in "a series of Doctor Who console games developed by BBC Worldwide Digital Entertainment and Games" that marks "a significant movement into gaming" for the company.

The BBC has also confirmed it will be releasing a Doctor Who MMO.
