The Xbox 360 version of The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings will finally hit shelves on April 17, it was confirmed today.
The impressive RPG launched on PC in May last year, and was originally due to arrive on Xbox before the year's end. But the developer delayed its release to 2012.
The developer in part blamed the legal tangle between Namco and THQ over publishing rights to the game - a battle which Namco Bandai eventually won.
Warner promises no compromise in the game's transition to Xbox, with re-worked controls and bonus campaign content - including three new characters (all of which will arrive on the PC version as DLC).
