Silent Hill Collection headed for PSN/XBLA?

The Silent Hill Collection may be (unsurprisingly) following the trend of releasing in digital form alongside the retail offering.

So reports Siliconera, who spotted PEGI ratings for Silent Hill 2 and 3 as individual titles for PS3 and Xbox 360, which could suggest the coming of PSN and XBLA versions on the way.

Currently only confirmed for a retail release, Silent Hill HD Collection is headed for a March outing - after missing its original 2011 release date.

A digital release won't come as a huge shock considering the Metal Gear Solid, Prince of Persia and Team Ico Collections - to name a few - all debuted in physical form before cropping up as individual titles via digital stores.

The SH collection bundles Silent Hill 2 and 3, with both titles featuring new voice work and HD visuals.
