Nintendo has announced it will be releasing Pokémon Black & White 2 in Autumn of this year in Europe, which according to our Googling spans September to December.
According to Nintendo the sequel will have "plenty of new surprises" when it's released later this year.
This is the first time Nintendo has released a direct sequel to one of its Pokémon titles, the last time something happened like this was when Square-Enix released Final Fantasy X-2, and we all know how that turned out...
If you're thinking 'poorly', you're wrong. Final Fantasy X-2 was actually a good game.
Anyway, Black and White 2 was confirmed over the weekend by Pokémon game director Junichi Masuda, but surprisingly it's only coming to the Nintendo DS. The announcement was accompanied by a new teaser site.
A dodgy version of Pokémon Yellow appeared on the App store last week. It's a pretty egregious rip-off.
