Relic Entertainment has lifted the lid on a sequel to its much-loved PC real-time Strategy (RTS).
Company of Heroes 2 has been revealed in the latest issue of PC Gamer, sharing first in-game images and details of the story.
Despite the magazine being in the hands of scan-happy people on the internet, publisher THQ is reportedly unwilling to talk about the new game. Expect an official announcement at any moment.
The PC Gamer article reveals that the game's set on the WWII Eastern Front, with gamers taking part in some of the war's deadliest battles including Stalingrad, Smolensk, Kursk and Moscow.
"We want more authenticity, we want more realism, we want more tactical improvements," says lead Designer Quinn Duffy in the article (thanks Shack).
The game's set for release in 2013.
