Microsoft will refund customers following Minecraft split-screen spat

Following complaints that Minecraft's split-screen multiplayer mode is unavailable to players with SD displays, Microsoft has agreed to refund those players.

Microsoft has since changed the Xbox Live Arcade listing, making it clearer that a HD screen is required to access split-screen multiplayer.

To be eligible for the refund, the player needs to have purchased the game before the listing was amended. If that's you, visit Xbox support to get started.

Still haven't played Minecraft? According to our review, you really should.
