Epic Games 'victorious' in Silicon Knights lawsuit

UPDATE: Too Human studio must pay Epic $4.5 million in damages

Epic Games has emerged victorious in its protracted lawsuit against Silicon Knights, an executive at the company has said.


Mark Rein, the vice president of sales at the Unreal Engine 3 vendor, has claimed that a Jury in a North Carolina court "finds for Epic on all counts".

A Silicon Knights spokesperson was unable to comment at the time of going to press.The North Carolina court declined to discuss the matter.
