Volition still working on Saints Row: The Third PC issues

Saints Row: The Third developer Volition has assured PC players it's aware of ongoing issues affecting AMD and ATi graphics card users and that is working to address them.

In a post on the Saints Row forums, Volition said the problems are more prevalent among graphics cards in the 5000 and 6000 ranges, and manifest as stuttering or general performance issues.

"Our team has provided multiple patches and updates attempting to correct this issue by adjusting key parts of Saints Row: The Third at the guidance of AMD/ATi, and they have shown mild improvement," it said. "Those with SLI no longer see micro-stuttering, and based on our performance tests, we've been able to increase overall performance.

"For those with affected cards, we're still not up the level of quality we all expect from a Volition game, and we thank you for your patience as we work with AMD for a solution. As soon as we have more updates regarding this issue, we'll be sure to let you know."

THQ has decided to incorporate the previously standalone Enter The Dominatrix DLC for Saints Row: The Third into a new Saints Row game.
