Nintendo gamers can count on EA delivering at least two top-tier games on day-one for Wii U.
The publishing giant confirmed today during its Summer Showcase event that both FIFA 13 and Mass Effect 3 will be Wii U launch titles.
Mass Effect 3 on Wii U will come with DLC including out of the box, new touch-screen controls and features that make use of the Wii U GamePad, as well as the full multiplayer experience enjoyed on PS3 and 360.
Similarly, FIFA 13 will make heavy use of the touch screen controls of the GamePad, allowing for strategic plays and substitutions being done on the fly, along with the ability to accurately place your shots on goal with a tap of the screen. BioWare also used the event to announce the Mass Effect 3 'Leviathan' DLC expansion, and you can watch the announcement and a trailer through that link.
