Skyrim 1.7 update out tomorrow on Xbox 360 and US PS3s

European PlayStation owners will have to wait until next week

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim's 1.7 update will launch tomorrow on Xbox 360 worldwide and on PS3 in North America.

It won't hit PS3 in Europe until next week, according to Pete Hines, Bethesda's vice president of PR and marketing.

"Just got word that Skyrim 1.7 update will be out this Thursday for 360 (Worldwide) and PS3 (N. America). PS3 Europe is expected next week," he said on Twitter.

Launched last week on PC, the patch fixes a number of crashes related to Dragon landings, water shaders and more, along with general optimisations.

The Xbox 360 version will also introduce a load of Kinect-related fixes, while mounted combat and the other features of update 1.6 will be rolled into 1.7 for PS3 players who have missed out so far.
