Ubisoft has revealed Assassin's Creed Utopia, an iOS and Android strategy simulation game set in colonial America.
Utopia is developed in partnership with social gaming company Gree.
"We're working together to make a unique experience on mobile that's not going to be just 'casual', but that can also be related to more 'hardcore' brands," said producer Andreane Meunier.
"What we've been looking at is to have a true Assassin's Creed experience, to make sure the fans and those that know and love the brand really recognise the Assassin's Creed touch."
Gameplay involves "building your own Assassin's Creed utopian colonial city" and then defending it from incoming threats.
Multiplayer You'll be able to pit their strength against your friends in asychronous 3D brawls, or enlist their help to defeat foes in "limited time epic battles".
Meunier has also has said the game's narrative won't tie-in to Assassin's Creed 3.
