New PlayStation Store - first screenshots

Sony has released the first screenshots of the new PlayStation Store.
According to Edge, it will work on a "carousel" design scrolling from left to right like the PS3′s XMB, and introduce smart searching and content filtering.
Sony told TheSixthAxis that the Store's new design was influenced by consumer feedback.
It will be rolled out across PAL regions on October 17 following scheduled PSN maintenance, with a US launch planned for October 23.
Earlier today Sony announced that UK PS3 sales have surpassed five million units.
