Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light now free-to-play on CoreOnline

Action puzzle game added to Square Enix's cloud gaming service

Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light has been added to Square Enix's CoreOnline service, which offers HD games playable for free in browsers.

CoreOnline lets users purchase single levels and entire games or opt to play free, ad supported titles, with game time earned by watching video content.

Game saves and achievements are managed in the cloud and can be accessed from supported browsers Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer.

Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light first released on Xbox Live Arcade, PlayStation Network and Steam in 2010.

CoreOnline launched in August with playable versions of Hitman: Blood Money and Mini Ninjas, while Tomb Raider: Underworld and Gyromancer are also in development for the platform.
