Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 held off competition from new entry Hitman Absolution to retain the top spot on the UK all formats chart for the week ended November 24.
Black Ops 2's second week sales were down 81 per cent from its launch week total (the fourth biggest of all time), although they were up 15 per cent compared to the second week figure posted by Modern Warfare 3 last year.
Hitman Absolution debuted at No.2, almost tripling first week sales of the next best Hitman launch, 2006's Hitman Blood Money, according to retail monitor Chart-Track.
Other new entries included LEGO: The Lord of the Rings at No.6, Epic Mickey 2 at No.34, Family Guy: Back to the Multiverse at No.35 and PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale at a lowly No.38.
