According to Siliconera the demo, which was included with copies of Zone of the Enders HD Collection, encompasses a VR training stage teaching players to slice and dice things plus a battle against an enemy called the Bladewolf.
CVG user only_777 has played through the demo and put together a video, which you can watch below.
