Steam Holiday sale officially open
20th Dec 2012 | 18:52
As hinted earlier, Valve has officially kicked off its Steam Holiday sale today.
As Steam users will know, a Steam sale means deep discounts on a large selection of games, and Steam is as creative as ever with daily deals, flash sales, and catalog discounts to choose from.
New to this sale is a voting system that'll allow "gamers to vote on a select game to go on sale" every 12 hours.
Also new, gamers are able to add games to their wish list to receive notifications via Steam Mobile or email when those games go on sale.
The sale runs from now through to January 5, 2013.
Today's deals include Mirror's Edge for $4.99, Scribblenauts Unlimited for $19.99, and up to 75 per cent discounts on 'Franchise packs' for Borderlands, Prince of Persia and Hitman.
Check out the sale page on Steam.
