Dead Space 3 demo set for Xbox 360, PS3 in January

EA has announced that a downloadable demo for
Xbox 360 owners who sign up on the official Dead Space website (Origin account required) will be able to access the demo one week early, the publisher said.
EA has confirmed a Dead Space 3 release date of February 5, 2013 in North America and February 8, 2013 in Europe.
Pre-orders net users a copy of the Dead Space 3 Limited Edition, which includes a number of bonus items.
