CyberConnect2, the studio behind Asura's Wrath, .hack and a sizeable number of Naruto titles, has said it's working on three original IPs which it plans to reveal this year.
Speaking in a new year message posted on YouTube, company CEO Hiroshi Matsuyama discussed what the studio has in store for the future.
Although he didn't offer any specific details on the new titles, Matsuyama described the games as "original new works", which means Asura's Wrath 2 isn't likely to be among them. Similarly, new .hack and Naruto titles can also seemingly be ruled out. Watch the video below (it's in Japanese).
In addition to Naruto Shippuuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 and JoJo's Bizarre Adventure All-Star Battle, CyberConnect2 is working on GREE mobile game Night Runner and additional content for its other smartphone title Guilty Dragon.
