The handheld release includes additional missions missions, enemies to plug with bullets, a playable Pale Wing unit. It also offers co-operative and versus multiplayer modes.
Earth Defense Force 2017 Portable is available now in North America, as a digital-only release. It will be available in Europe on January 16.
