Resident Evil: Revelations Wii U control options revealed

Capcom has revealed the Wii U edition of
Resident Evil: Revelations will only support GamePad play, despite the Wii Remote and Nunchuk having been implemented smoothly in Resident Evil 4.
Capcom's Mike Lum explained to fans on the Capcom forum that, "unfortunately Revs is only supported by the Wii-U gamepad at the moment. We're doing what we can to get the new classic controller compatibility, but the game's not setup to track motions from the Wii-Remote at this time."
The fact that Lum concludes with "the game's not setup to track motions from the Wii Remote at this time," suggests that Capcom may look to include Wii Remote and Nunchuk support before the game is finished.
