Scores of third party studios are supporting the PS4, Sony has said

The Yorkshire based studio, best known for its work on the Oddworld series, told fans on its blog that it "can't talk about what we're working on just yet".

"Just be assured it'll be worth the wait," it added.

The team's message also discussed Just Add Water's progress made over the previous twelve months.

"In the last year, JAW has doubled in size, upgraded to bigger offices, released four games and the best is yet to come," the group said.

At its PlayStation 4 press conference on Wednesday, Sony said that "virtually every major third party developer" was supporting the console.

Sony has already set a "holiday 2013" release for the PS4.

The PS4 release date is set for "holiday 2013", likely across Japan, Europe and the US.
