New Shots: Metal Gear Solid 2 Substance on PC

Solid Snake is back, and he's leaving his console home for a sneaky sojourn on the PC.
Metal Gear Solid 2 Substance is the follow-up to its namesake, the bestseller Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty. MGS2 Substance offers a plot of espionage and intrigue, where you can dabble with an arsenal of high tech weapons and gadgets, and attempt to stealthily (and no-doubt, swathily) out-manoeuvre a bunch of terrorists. These terrorist types are hell-bent on capturing a weapon of destructive power, called Metal Gear Ray.
Featuring extras like the 'Snake Tales' that offer over 200 new VR missions, these act as tests of skill, where you put the game's characters in virtual reality environments to test skills and logic. There are also plenty of Easter Eggs in here, including the eagerly anticipated skateboarding missions.
Looking as swish as it does on Xbox, the PC version of MGS2 Substance offers slick cinematic presentation with all the tense gameplay moments created by gaming 'legend' Hideo Kojima. Check out some shots of the PC game, which we 'made earlier'...
